Originally from beautiful Asheville, NC, I graduated from Appalachian State with a B.S. in Communications, with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising and Journalism. I began my career in real estate in 2005 as a Marketing Coordinator for RE/MAX in Boone, NC involved with web design, marketing and advertising for the firm as well as listings for clients. I later became a licensed Realtor® and started listing homes, utilizing my marketing skills. My marketing savvy later helped to secure the account of Shapiro/Pertnoy developers in Palm Beach, Florida. I handled all marketing and advertising for their Crown Point project with homes beginning at $1.8 million.
I took time off from working outside the home to be with my two boys, Cole and Cooper, but I stayed active in the real estate industry as a Marketing Coordinator for my husband, Martin, who is the Sales Manager of Coldwell Banker’s Pensacola Beach and Gulf Breeze offices and one of the area’s top producers. I have been a key part of Martin’s team, maximizing exposure for clients’ listings in both print and internet media.
I became a licensed Realtor® in the state of Florida 4 years ago and have been a top producer every year since. I am eager to put my marketing expertise and real estate background to work to help you sell your house or to find your dream home.
When you're looking for a partner to help you negotiate the complexities of selling a home, you've come to the right place. The experience, dedication and strong communication you'll receive here will help ensure the successful and profitable sale of your home:
1. The Local Advantage - Take advantage of a broad spectrum of technologies and tools to support the sale of your home from start to close.
2. Internet Advertising - Since the lion's share of home buyers starts their search on the internet, top placement on search engines is essential. You'll gain access to placement on Google, Bing, and other websites. This will maximize your exposure and bring a large number of potential buyers to view information about your home.
3. Email Campaigns - It's important to "work the network." We can work together to identify the right people to target your home-and get in touch with them by email to drive excitement and interest.
4. Personal Touch - Of course, technology alone won't sell your home. Face-to-face interaction provides the advantage to sell your home-and you won't have to worry about a thing. The details will be handled with care and constant communication, to ensure the marketing and sale of your home go smoothly.
