East Hill reminds me so much of the neighborhood I grew up in Asheville, NC, so I have such a soft spot for it. There's something special about the homes, and I really enjoy listing there and helping my buyers navigate all the variables to consider when buying a 100+ year-old home in a "hot" market. I walked my kids in the stroller and on bikes past this particular house a million times when we first moved to Pensacola and I was exploring the area. It's still my favorite neighborhood to walk, and I'm thrilled to list this home for sale.
